Rumiñahui is an extinct volcano whose collapsed crater has left 3 main summits. We will ascend the central summit of 4,630 m., which is ideal to continue with the physical and technical training process.
The hike begins in the Limpiopungo lagoon at the foot of the Cotopaxi and Rumiñahui with a gradual ascent through the moor until reaches the sandy slopes. At this point, the terrain becomes steeper and after a short rock section we will reach the summit!
