All rentals require a guarantee deposit, equivalent to the commercial value of the rented article
The guarantee is an essential requirement to rent a product. We receive either cash or a credit card voucher.
The guarantee will be reimbursed once the equipment is returned in satisfactory terms to Tatoo Expeditions.
In the event that the equipment suffers aesthetic damage (extras to normal wear and tear) or functional damage that compromises its safety and performance, the guarantee will be charged for the repair (in case of minor damage) or total replacement of the product. In case of replacement, the original equipment will be given to the person who rented it.
The equipment can be collected the day before your rental period since 16:00.
The equipment must be returned the day after your rental period until 14:00, in the same location where it was picked up.
Cancellations or refunds do not apply if the reservation is processed and the equipment has been collected from our premises.
In case of rental of camping equipment for one day, it must be collected and returned within 24 hours during store hours.
Should a delay in returning the equipment happens per the established times, the rental value of the equipment will be charged for each day of delay, up to a maximum of 5 days.
In case of not returning the equipment during the following 5 days of the rental period, the guarantee will be made effective.
The equipment is handed in good condition, dry and clean to the customer's satisfaction, and must be returned in the same conditions. It is the customer's responsibility to care for and properly use the rented equipment.
In the event that the equipment is returned dirty, the customer must pay for the cleaning service.
All rentals must be returned to the same store of pick up
